To address this issue, Palo Alto Networks introduced new innovations for Prisma SASE specifically designed for MSPs, including a hierarchical multi-tenant cloud management portal and an open API framework.
Prisma SASE’s new highly flexible cloud-based management portal with hierarchical multi-tenancy capability uses granular role-based access control (RBAC) – which MSPs have lacked until now – to provide the flexibility needed to manage multiple clients with different needs while maintaining control over the entire client. entire life cycle of SASE services.
